As part of Gold Bridge’s long term in Cadet Program, we periodically carry out “Training for Cadet” prior their joining on board. We provide them with Cadet Record Book training in order to make them familiarize with all operational aspects on board vessel. Capt Bambang Purnomo, our technical and safety manager is the facilitator. Not only cargo handling familiarizations, Cadets also were trained in our own Bridge Simulator.
