Bulletin January 2019

Dear Captains and my beloved crews, Year 2018 is ending soon.

We have Christmas and New year knocking on our door. We appreciate all mastersfor their good leadership during the year 2018. This year was quite challenging for us for many reasons both caused by internal and external factors which resulted loss of time and therefore opportunities. We  strive to learn from these incidents to avoid same incident happens in the future.
